This scheme is to indemnify losses of financial institutes caused as the financial institutes provide loans for ship or aircraft purchase with a repayment period exceeding two years to flag carriers (including overseas branches), international air transporters (including overseas branches), and aircraft lease companies, but become unable to recover the principal and interest of the loan.
